An extra dark oily roast made from Central American coffees for deep, heavy coffee flavor. Origin characteristics are diminished and acidity is non-existent.
Fresh roasted coffee was a new experience. Kinda ruined me for other coffees.
The Italian Roast was so bold and smooth. No acid feeling afterwards. Really an amazing coffee. Worth every penny.
